2. Warranty service rules
2.1. To use warranty service, the buyer must submit a correctly completed Technical or Warranty Service Form and indicate the order or invoice number;
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the safe transportation of the product to the service center. The Seller always offers product transportation via courier service and, in such cases, covers the transportation costs from the Buyer to the service center and back. The product must be handed over in packaging that ensures safe transportation. If the product is handed to the courier without adequate protection against potential damage (i.e., without protective packaging), the Seller is not liable for mechanical damage that may occur during transport. If the Buyer refuses to hand over or receive the product for technical servicing via the courier service offered by the Seller, they must independently deliver or collect the product to/from the specified service center at their own expense and risk;
2.3. The product must be submitted for warranty service in such a configuration that it can be powered on (i.e., with a power supply and other necessary accessories if required for functionality testing);
2.4. Manufacturer-caused defects are repaired within 7–28 calendar days or up to 60 days if parts need to be imported;
2.5. The buyer is responsible for backing up and protecting data on devices or storage media. The seller is not liable for data loss;
2.6. If the defect cannot be resolved within the specified time frame, the product is replaced with an identical item or, upon separate agreement, with a new equivalent product based on price and technical specifications. A refund is issued only in cases where the defect cannot be resolved and the product cannot be replaced with the identical model purchased by the customer;
2.7. If the customer fails to collect the product within 30 calendar days after being informed of repair completion, the seller has the right to dispose of the product without compensation;
2.8. Upon collection, the buyer must verify the completeness of the returned product. Later claims regarding missing parts are not accepted;
2.9. Replacement parts maintain the original warranty term until expiration;
2.10. If no fault is found or if the defect is non-warranty related, all costs are borne by the buyer according to the technical service rates;
2.11. Battery and naturally worn part replacements are not considered warranty cases and are chargeable.
