The VirtuFit Row 1.0 is a simple rowing machine that is easy to use. The rowing machine with adjustable elastomer resistance provides a smooth rowing motion. The ergonomically shaped seat glides smoothly over a sturdy aluminum rail. The anti-slip pedals with adjustable foot straps ensure your feet stay firmly in place. These anti-slip pedals rotate with your movement to always give your feet the right support for pushing off.

LCD Display with different training data

On the LCD screen, you can choose which part of your workout you want to track. The Row 1.0 tracks time, number of strokes, strokes per minute, and calorie burn. With a simple button, you switch between the different data. Choose the scan function to view the data consecutively. The display is powered by two AA batteries, so you don't need a power outlet.

Row at different resistance levels

This rowing machine has no flywheel. The resistance comes from an adjustable elastomer. You pull out this strong resistance cable during your rowing stroke and let it retract as you move back. As a result, you apply force not only on the stroke, but also during the controlled movement back to the starting position. It's a motion without dead moments. This is beneficial for effectively developing your muscle strength and fitness, and it feels very natural.
