The LED display shows time, distance, strokes, a cumulative ODO readout, calories and the selected resistance level. Choose from 3 programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced users.

A rotary control lets you adjust the load, choose a program and switch between displayed data.

Magnetic resistance and Poly-V transmission

The magnetic resistance system provides a smooth, quiet rowing stroke. The 32 resistance levels let you tailor the load to your workout goal.

A 5.5 kg flywheel and Poly-V belt transmission help transfer movement evenly. Resistance is adjusted using the rotary control.

Central pull and 82 cm rail

The central-pull design lets you combine a leg drive, torso movement and an arm pull. The seat moves along an 82 cm rail.

Rowing engages different muscle groups in one workout and helps develop endurance. The machine supports users up to 120 kg.

Compact size and vertical storage

In use, the machine measures 162 × 48 × 61 cm. Stored vertically, it occupies 61 × 48 × 162 cm, reducing the floor space required between workouts.

The machine weighs 25 kg. Transport wheels make it easier to move when changing its location.

Bluetooth, Kinomap and Zwift

Integrated Bluetooth lets you connect the rower to a compatible phone or tablet and use Kinomap and Zwift.

Interactive workouts add variety and help maintain motivation for regular rowing.
